How does RiceBridge work?
You choose rice products on our site, select a recipient in Liberia, and we handle the rest. Your recipient gets quality rice delivered to their door within 5-7 business days, with photo proof of delivery.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to Monrovia and surrounding areas including Paynesville, Sinkor, Congo Town, and Bushrod Island. We're expanding to other counties soon.
How will I know my rice was delivered?
You'll receive SMS and email updates at each stage. When delivery is complete, you'll get a timestamped photo as proof of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and ACH bank transfers through Stripe's secure payment platform.
Can I send rice to multiple people?
Yes! You can save multiple recipients and send separate orders to each one. You can also set a default recipient for quick reordering.
What if my recipient isn't home?
Our delivery team will call the recipient before delivery. If they're unavailable, we'll reschedule within 24 hours at no extra charge.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see at checkout includes the rice, packaging, and local delivery in Monrovia. A small delivery fee is shown separately for transparency.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After that, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.
How is the rice sourced?
We source premium rice varieties directly from trusted suppliers in West Africa and Southeast Asia, ensuring quality and freshness for every delivery.
